PENGARUH DAUN JERUK PURUT (CITRUS HYSTRIX) TERHADAP PEMBERANTASAN JENTIK NYAMUK DI DESA BULUBRANGSI KECAMATAN LAREN KABUPATEN LAMONGAN ABSTRACT Safitri, Ratna Ayu Kurnia. 2020. Supervisor (1) Abdul Rokhman, S.Kep., Ns., M.Kep, (2) Abdul Majid, SE., M.M Background: Mosquitoes are one of the vectors that cause infectious diseases to humans throughout the world. The impact of the number of mosquito larvae can cause DHF, this disease can cause epidemics and cause death in a short time, until now, there is no drug or vaccine for DHF. This study aims to determine the effect of kaffir lime leaves (Citrus hystrix) on the eradication of mosquito larvae in Bulubrangsi Village, Laren District, Lamongan Regency. Method: Mosquito larvae are kept in 30 water reservoirs in 30 family homes. Data collection using observation sheets and using a pre-post one group design research experiment design with total sampling method using Wilcoxon Test. Results: Research results can be obtained before given kaffir lime leaves are not effective in killing mosquito larvae almost entirely 27 families (90.0%) and after administration of kaffir lime leaves effectively killed mosquito larvae of most 23 families (76.7%). By using the Wilcoxon test with a value of α = 0.05, a p-value = (0,000) was obtained, which means Analysis: there is an influence of kaffir lime leaves on the eradication of mosquito larvae in Bulubrangsi Village, Laren Subdistrict, Lamongan Regency. Conclusion: In this study showed the influence of giving kaffir lime leaves to eradicate mosquito larvae in the Village of Bulubrangsi Laren District of Lamongan Regency.
