Abstraksi

HUBUNGAN NILAI SPIRITUAL DENGAN MOTIVASI KERJA PERAWAT DI RUMAH SAKIT MUHAMMADIYAH BABAT Asyifa Aulia Zahro* Suratmi**M. Bakri PDA*** ABSTRAK Spiritual value is something that can increase performance and motivation. This is become confidence hat good spiritual values can be increase motivation of nurse. So this is can be strength and healing rom nurses to their patients. This study is aim to know the correlation of spiritual values with nurse motivation at Muhammadiyah Babat Hospital. This design used to analytical correlational with cross sectional method. The sampling method used simple random sampling with sample of 30 nurse. The population is implementing nurses working in Muhammadiyah Babat Hospital with a population of 33 people. This study found that some of the 15 nurses (50.0%) at Muhammadiyah Babat Hospital had spiritual value enough, a small percentage of nurses 7 (23.3%) had less spiritual value and almost half of the nurses 8 (26.7) had values spiritual good. Based on this study was found more than 16 nurses (53.3%) had good motivation, a small proportion of nurses 3 (10.0%) had less motivation and almost 11 nurses 36.7) had sufficient motivation. The analysis statistic test used Spearman Rank have p value = 0.042 where p <0.05, showed that there is a correlation of spiritual values with nuse motivation. Based on hese results it is hoped that spiritual value is always instilled in nurses as a form of work motivation. So that the quality of services provided to patients will feel comfortable when nurses provide care. Keywords: Spiritual Value, Motivation of Nurse
