(0322) 322356 Lamongan 62251 Website : www.um.lamongan.ac.id – Email : um.lamongan@yahoo.co.id ABSTRACT Diabetic foot injury is a wound or lesion that occurs in the foot of a diabetus mellitus patient due to microvascular complications which are described as infection, ulceration and damage to neurological tissue in the legs. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship of insulin therapy compliance with the ganggren healing recovery in diabetes patients at the UPT Puskesmas Lamongan. The design of this study is correlational analytic with total sampling method with a total sample of 30 respondents. Data was taken through questionnaire, tabulated and analyzed with the Spearman Rank Test with SPSS software (version 22.0). The results showed a very strong correlation between the insulin therapy compliance variables and the ganggren healing recovery with a correlation coefficient of 0.995. With most patients having high adherence (73.3%) with a normal cure rate (73.3%). Show the results of this study there is a need for serious attention from nurses to increase of insulin therapy compliance with the ganggren healing recovery in diabetes patients.
