Abstraksi

ABSTRACT Niswatin Khoirun Nida. 2015. Effect of Health Education (Diet) in the behavior of students in Prevention Gastritis MTS Muhammadiyah 3 Sumberrejo Bojonegoro. The curriculum of the university S1 Thesis Nursing Health Sciences Muhammadiyah Lamongan. Supervisor: (1) Ns. Farida Juanita, S.Kep and (2) Sulistiyowati. SST, M.Kes Gastritis is an inflammation of the tissue of the stomach wall. Gastritis can be caused by diet irregularities. It can also be caused by alcohol, smoking. To determine the effect of health education (diet) for the prevention of gastritis in student behavior. This study aims to determine the effect of health education (diet) for the prevention of classroom behavior in gastritis MTS 1X Muhammadiyah 3 Sumberrejo Kabupaten Bojonegoro. This research uses method pra-experimental by using one-group pra-post test design. Samples taken from some of the students in the class of MTS 1X Muhammadiyah 3 Sumberrejo Bojonegoro who meet the inclusion criteria of 32 students are taken by simple random sampling. Data collection techniques with is behavioral questionnaire sheets diet ordinal scale. The data is tabulated and analyzed using the Wilcoxon test with a significance level of p <0.05. The results show, before health education most behavior patterns of eating less or a maximum of 23 respondents (71.9%), while after receiving health education most patterns behavior of eating well or as much as 22 respondents (68.8%). The results of the statistical value of Wilcoxon test signed ranks obtained from Z = - 5.107 and (p) = 0.000 where p <α, so it can be concluded that the effect of health education (diet) for prevention gastritis behavior. Suggested an educational institution in order to choose the appropriate method to provide information about the health of the learning objectives can be optimized.
