ABSTRACT SYAIROUL,HAQ. 2016. The Influence Of Group Socialization Therapy Activity Against Of Self Consept Increase With Withdrew Patients In Hospital Mental Of Dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang Malang. Thesis Studi S1, STIKES Muhammadiyah Lamongan, Tentor : (1) Siti Solikhah S.Kep.Ns.,M.Kes, (2) Amirul Amalia S.SiT, M.Kes. Withdrawing is a trial to avoid interactions with another people. Based on the data obtained that still high numbers of patients withdrawing at mental hospital of Dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang Malang. The purpose of this research was to analyze the concept of self improvement on patients withdrew before and after given Therapeutic group socialization activities provided at mental hospital of Dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat. The research design using (One Group Pretest-Postes Design). The population in this study is all of the withdrew patients of kutilang’s room with self concept disorder with a number of the 11 respondents. The sampling method in use is total sampling. The research instrument In used in this research is the group therapy activity socializing sheet and observation sheet. The result of this study obtained 11 or 100% patients doesn’t able to increase their self concept before gaved socialization therapy activity and the results of MC Nemar test statistic on session 1 and 2 p = 0.001 where p< 0.05 obtained H1 is accepted, where in session 3 p = 0.008 where p<0.05 obtained H1 accepted. It can be Concluded if there is influence of group socialization therapy activity against an increase of self concept in patients withdrew on session 1 -3. Hoped of this research can be used as additional information for nurses about the importance of the group therapeutic activity for the enhancement of the concept disorder in patient withdrew.
