ABSTRACT Muhammad, Ervan 2015. Availability of the means and Relations with satisfaction prasaran inpatients BPJS the 1 da 2 in Lamongan Karanggeneng health centers by 2015. Undergraduate course graduation thesis Keperawatann, supervisor: (1) priyodwi Bakri à h.m., m. Kep. (2) Ns. Suratmi m. Kep. The public health care is a health service product where the satisfaction of patients both in terms of services, equipment and means of infrastructure facilities. Facilities and infrastructure is important in the process of nursing to support the smooth running and success of inpatient services at the Clinics so that it will have an effect on the patient's inpatient care contentment. The purpose of this research is to know the relation between the availability of advice and tools with the satisfaction of inpatients BPJS classes 1 and 2. The research design used was Cross sectional Analytic. The research is starting in February up to March 2015. Samples taken as many as 23 respondents, namely patient BPJS in hospitalization. The design used is the consecutive sampling. Data collection using the enclosed questionnaire and observation. After the tabulated data are analyzed using the Spearman test. Research results showed the provision of infrastructure and facilities by category less as many as 17 people (74%) then the category pretty 6 person (26.0%) and good categories by as much as 0 people (0%). As for the level of patient satisfaction category satisfied 7 people (30.5%) and then for the category is not satisfied as much as 16 (69.5 percent) statistics obtained test results kemudiaan value spearman's 0,468 coefficient correlation with the level of significance means there is 0,024 p connection between the provision of advice and tools with the satisfaction of inpatients BPJS classes 1 and 2 in the UPT Clinic Karanggeneng Lamongan, for it is necessary to increase the health service and improve standard inpatient care.
