Abstraksi

ABSTRACT Nuke Widiyawati Ayu Pitaloka, 2015, Relations of Work Shift with Circardian Rhythm Executor Nurse in Nursing Lodge Room Teratai and Dahlia RSUD Dr. SOEGIRI Lamongan. Lectures (1) M. Bakri Priyodwi A., S.Kep.,M.Kep. (2) Ns. Suratmi, M.Kep. Work Shift is a structure of work time which given for workers to do something by company and usually divided into morning time, afternoon, and night time. Nurses who work in nursing lodge room usually fell some annoyance like circardian rhythm if the aspects of shift work implementation like physiological, psychology, performance, domestics, and social aspect can’t organize well by themselves. The purpose of this research is to know the Relationship of Work Shift by Circardian Rhythm Nurse in Nursing Lodge Room in Teratai and Dahlia RSUD Dr. Soegiri Lamongan. Research design of this study is correlations study with Cross Sectional Approach. The total of population are 41 people, the sample was taken 26 persons with Simple Random Sampling technique. The data taken from some sheet of questioner with Spearman Test and significance level p=0,05. The result shown that there is a relationship of work shift with circardian rhythm in nurse in nursing lodge room. Spearman Test get p=0,002 so H1 can accept, it’s mean there is a relationship work shift with circardian rhythm executor nurse in nursing lodge room in RSUD Dr. Soegiri Lamongan. From the result of the research above, the writer hope the nurses especially nurse capable to arrange the structure of shift work well so the annoyance of circardian rhythm that can turn up because of bad work shift nurse can coping that problems well.
