Abstraksi

ABSTRACT Syahrizal hakim, 2015. The effect of hearing verses from the Koran against pain reduction in dysmenorrhea 4 Stikes semester student of Muhammadiyah Lamongan. Supervisor (1) Heny Ekawati, S.Kep. , Ns. , Kes. Supervision (2) Hj.Tarmi, S.ST. , S.Psi. , M.Kes Dysmenorrhea is pain in the lower abdomen that is often experienced by women during menstruation. Based on the initial study by researchers extracted data fourth semester student nursing S1, which suffered disminore up to 75%. Knowing the purpose of this study the effect of listening to the verses of the Quran against a decrease in dysmenorrhea pain. Experimental research design using Pre Design (A pretest-posttest group) by simple random sampling.a population of 37 female students with a sample of 34 female students. Pain score was measured before and after listening to the Scriptures. Analysis with SPSS for Windows version 16.0 with the Wilcoxon rank test. The result showed the average dysmenorrhea before being given treatment after the 4:57 and 2:37 are given the treatment, so that the average reduction of dysmenorrhea is 2.2 points. Wilcoxon test analysis to determine the effect of listening al-qur’an value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05). so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected, meaning they are not significant listen verses from the Koran to the decrease in the level of dysmenorrhea fourth semester nursing student in Lamongan Muhammadiyah stikes 2015. Suggested for students and health workers to use the verses of the listening therapy as a treatment option to reduce non-pharmacological pain of dysmenorrhea. Keywords : Disminore, Al-quran
