Abstraksi

ABSTRACT Music is heatlh therapy to increase or to repair physical condition, emotion, koknitive, and social with way to listen. Stress is individual response where there incompatibility between expectation and achievement shown through feeling emotionally. The research is to analyze the influence of therapy keroncong music to decrease stress levels for gerontic in Besi village Tlogoagung country Kembangbahu sub-district Lamongan regency. The design of study uses the design method pre experiment one group pretest posttest. Sampling method used is the Simple Random Sampling a sample of 106 gerontic whosuffer from stress in Besi village Tlogoagung country Kembangbahu sub-district Lamongan regency. The research data in taken to given treatment. After the analyzed using the Wilcoxon test signal rank test with significance level of p = < 0,05. Results shows gerontic prior to stimulation therapy keroncong music the stress being as many as 95,3% (101 gerontic) and most of patient after they gave therapy keroncong music as many as 77,4% (82 lansia) experienced mild stress. After the test statistics obtained value of Z = -9058 and P=0,000 and H0 rejected which was mean there were influence of therapy keroncong music to decrease stress levels for gerontic in Besi village Tlogoagung country Kembangbahu sub-district Lamongan regency. To overcome the problem of stress, one of alternative non farmacology treatment was used by conferral given therapy keroncong music. Key word : Keroncong music therapy, Stress, Gerontic
