PENGARUH PSIKOEDUKASI KELUARGA TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN KELUARGA DALAM MERAWAT ANgGOTA KELUARGA DENGAN SKIZOFRENIA DI PUSKESMAS PANCENG GRESIK Nufriyanti*, Hj.Siti Sholihah **, Arifal Aris *** ABSTRAK Skizofrenia merupakan gangguan psikotik yang ditandai dengan gangguan utama yaitu gangguan perilaku dengan emosional. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ada Pengaruh psikoedukasi keluarga terhadap kemampuan merawat anggota keluarga skizofrenia di Puskesmas Panceng Gresik.Desain penelitian ini adalah pra eksperimenone group pretest-postest. Menggunakan probability sampling teknik random sampling. Populasinya 55 keluarga yang memiliki anggota keluarga skizofrenia. Sampel penelitian 48 keluarga dengan kemampuan kurang dalam merawat. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar kuesioner.Hasil penelitian didapatkan 48 keluarga sebagian besar (70,8%) dikatakan kurang mampu dalam merawat sebelum diberikan psikoedukasi. Kemudian diberikan psikoedukasi keluarga dikatakn cukup mampusebagian besar (64,6%) dan sebagian kecil dikatakan kemampuan baik (18,8%). Hasil uji statistic Pengaruh psikoedukasi keluarga terhadap kemampuan merawat anggota keluarga skizofrenia dengan program SPSS versi 22.0 menggunakan uji wilcoxon sign rank test didapatkan hasil nilai Z= -5.908 dengan signifikan p=0.000 dimana (p<005) sehingga dengan pemberian psikoedukasi keluarga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan merawat anggota keluarga skizofrenia.Hasil penelitian ini diberikan psikoedukasi keluarga karena dapat meningkatkan kemampuan merawat anggota keluarga skizofrenia. Kata Kunci: Psikoedukasi Keluarga, Kemampuan keluarga ABSTRACT Schizophrenia is a psychotic disorder characterized by a major disorder named behavioral emotional disordes . The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of family psychoeducation on the ability to care for a Schizophrenia family member in the Panceng health center, Gresik. This research used pre experimental one group pretest-postest design. And a probability sampling technique random sampling. The population was 55 families who had a family member with Schizophrenia. The study sample was 48 families with less abilities in caring. Data collection used questonnaire sheet. Result of this study showed that 48 families most (70,8% ) with said to be less able to take care of a family member with Schizophrenia before given psychoeducation. Then afte provided psychoeducation said to be quite capable as many as (64,6%) and a small portion had better ability (18,8%). The results of the statistical test showed that the effect of family psychoeducaion on the ability to care for a schizophrenic family member with the program SPSS version 22.0 using wilcoxon sign rank test obtained the results of the Z= -5.908 with significant p=0.000 where (p<005) so, that with the provision of family psychoeducaion can enchane the ability of caring for a schizophrenic family member.
